EEO-1 Report Due March 31

If you like to wait until the last minute, remember your EEO-1 report is due to the U.S. EEOC by March 31st. In previous years it was due at the end of the calendar year. Your company is required to file an EEO-1 report if you are a private employer with 100 or more employees, or a federal contractor and first-tier contractor with 50 or more employees and contracts of at least $50,000.
